The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped, including a dental kit. It was very clean, with a comfy, large bed. Socket near the bed, both sides.

The biggest problem with this hotel is the lack of soundproofing. We could easily hear our neighbors watching TV, walking upstairs, and talking in the corridor. During our four-day stay, there were two nights when someone hosted a party, and we couldn’t sleep as a result.The breakfast options were very basic. For non-Indian guests, the only choices available were toast with jam, an omelet, or cereal.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how much it exceeded my expectations. I chose it mainly because it was within my budget and close to the city center. After watching a few underwhelming vlogs, I honestly wasn’t expecting too much — but my experience turned out to be amazing.I had requested early check-in since I was arriving around 7 AM. Though they initially informed me over the phone that early check-in was subject to availability and might be chargeable, when I reached the hotel, I was told rooms would be ready by 10 AM. We decided to have breakfast in the meantime, but to our surprise, both our rooms were made available within half an hour — and free of charge!The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotless, and the beds were super comfortable. We had opted to pay for breakfast separately, and it was worth it — the food was delicious and the restaurant ambiance was great. Special mention to Moushin and Nirjala from the restaurant staff — they were absolutely outstanding. Their attentiveness and willingness to ensure guests were satisfied with their meals really stood out.The hotel ambiance blends antique charm with modern elegance. One of the highlights was the live instrumental music in the lobby every morning — it set such a peaceful and positive tone for the day.There were a couple of downsides: the check-in process was slightly delayed, and the staff at the counter seemed a bit stiff at first. Also, the common toilet on the ground floor was not well-maintained and quite unhygienic. However, these minor issues didn’t overshadow the overall wonderful experience.This hotel truly felt like a home away from home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality service at a moderate price. Even the guards were helpful and courteous. All in all, a great stay

Clean, luxurious and good value for money

Breakfast was not included. Restaurant is costly. Restaurant charged 18% GST when GST slab for hotel and restaurants is 5%.

I really liked the style of the hotel, and the lobby is very nice, with water decorations and live music in the morning. There was a vast selection of breakfast choices. freshly made omelets, a variety of pastries, and bread with also lots of local dishes. I was there for Holi festival, which led to lots of colors in the bathroom and staff was very quick to come and clean the mess.

The bathtub in the bathroom was a bit outdated and didn’t quite match the otherwise modern feel of the room. Another small issue was with the breakfast service. On one occasion, there was no one available to ask for a cup of coffee, which was a bit frustrating. It felt like the restaurant might have been understaffed at that moment, as there was a noticeable lack of service. While it wasn’t a major issue, it did affect the overall experience of breakfast.

Rooms were clean, lobby was beautiful. Rooms could use an upgrade to bring them to standard of 4 star modern hotels, for example HVAC temperature control in the room. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Would like to give a special shoutout to Sakshi who coordinated requirements for our stay and was really helpful. The breakfast buffet is a must try. The quality, selection and service were excellent. We had infant with us and the staff were really helpful in providing all amenities and baby food.

The TVs were working in some rooms and not in some others. Bathrooms could be stocked with a tissue box and extra hand towels.

the staff is un professional and not having much knowledge how to address customer queries. you don't get any response form them even after reminders. the food is not good need changes.

The facilities were very clean and the photos very accurate to the experience. We also had a very good breakfast and the rooms were comfortable.

There are a few temples close by which sing loudly in the morning and the rooms are not isolated so you can hear the chants at 07:00.

Nice location, off a main street so relatively quiet. Clean. Polite stuff. Comfy room/bathroom.

Expensive restaurant vs value offered. Most days had a limited choice of beers. Loose power sockets in the room (seems a general issue with many hotels). My biggest issue was with the terrace, which was heavily under used (no chairs or proper service). In addition, they allow vendors (henna, puppets, etc) on the terrace and dont allow for a quiet drink outside. Also the wider outdoor space is used for weddings and that can be another factor for not being able to sit outside.

The interior of the hotel is lovely, breakfast options are very good, in the morning there is even live traditional music in the lobby. It enhances the overall atmosphere.

I would prefer to have a rug in the room, and those complimentary slippers. We visited in January when it is quite cold, and these small additions would have made the room just a little more comfortable.
